2003-11-07 - 12:59 a.m. Care Planning. A word that strikes terror in a new nursing students heart. I hate care planning. I just spent all evening writing up two diagnoses, with goal, and interventions. They were actually due last week, but I have a doctor's excuse. The sad part is that I spent hours trying to figure out what to write and then finally when I was complaining to my husband, had him tell me what to write! He was able to step back and come up with clear cut interventions and then I worked backward from them. Oh well, at least it got done. Still hate doing it though!
